Blue Whale conducts research and development on the internal structure of the signal collector for the sleep monitor project

The working principle of this product is to convert mechanical energy into electrical signals by pressing a piezoelectric ceramic plate, analyze the electrical signals, and obtain data such as the heart rate and respiratory rate of the sleeper. At present, sleep monitors based on piezoelectric ceramic sheets generally use the method of casing deformation driving ceramic sheets to bend. Through testing and validation, it is found that their accuracy is not high and the signal amplitude is small. The mechanical engineering team of Blue Whale changed its working principle from bending to physical pressing. We plan to maximize the current signal strength by changing the internal structure through mechanical design, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of the instrument, and reducing the difficulty of constructing algorithms. Currently, we have achieved preliminary results.
